I have already reviewed and done posts on three of the colours from the line. The colours that I wrote about were Blue Grape, Greenberry and Key Lime. You can find the reviews HERE, HERE and HERE. You can read them if you would like a more detailed review on the formula then you can check those out. However, I will say that I love this formula! The shine is amazing and it looks so chic!
The colour of the polish that we are talking about today is Papaya. It is a pinkish/orangey tone and is perfect for summer and fall. I think it does flatter most skin tones and I really do love it although light shades aren’t always my cup of tea. I look forward to doing some nail art with this colour too as I think it is the perfect colour with the perfect consistency and coverage for that. I will definitely be sharing a few snaps once I’m done!
This nail polish was kindly modelled for me by my three year old cousin and you have to agree, she looks adorable. She absolutely adores nail polish, especially the pink shades. She was trying to stay in the perfect position for me whilst I was taking the pictures, hence why she looks so tense! Bless her!
Overall, I really do like this shade. The only thing that I don’t like is that you have to apply two coats for the perfect finish and the first look also looks streaky (even though it doesn’t feel streaky or have that bumpiness, if you get me?). If you like it you can pick it up at Boots or Superdrug HERE and HERE for £3.99. Well worth it in my opinion! Especially since they both have a two for £6 offer on two colours of your choice from the line.
What do you think of the Gelly Nails line from Barry M?
Please participate in my monthly look book HERE. All you have to do is do either your makeup, nails, outfit, hair or anything else beauty that fits the theme I gave to you guys in the post. It would make me an extremely happy bunny!
